Our Story
Built by Restoration Pros
Independent Restoration Services launched in 2009 as a 24/7 emergency response company. After a fire, flood, or storm, we'd be on-site within an hour — drying, demoing, and securing the property so additional damage couldn't take hold.
But week after week we watched the same pattern: we'd finish the mitigation, hand the homeowner a list of general contractors, and walk away. Then the project would stall. New estimates. New timelines. A second insurance conversation. Weeks of momentum lost while families lived in hotels.
So we built an in-house construction team. Today, IRS Rebuild handles the entire arc — emergency mitigation, structural repair, finish carpentry, and final walkthrough — all under one roof, on a single insurance claim, with one project manager owning the outcome from the first phone call to the day you move back in.
