Insurance Claims
We Bill Your Insurance Directly
We work with every major carrier — State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Nationwide, and more. Our project managers write estimates in Xactimate (the industry-standard format insurers use) and negotiate the scope directly with your adjuster.
When demo exposes hidden damage, we file a supplemental claim immediately so the rebuild never stalls. In most cases, you only pay your deductible. We handle the rest.

FAQ
Service Questions, Answered
How long does a full reconstruction take?+
Single-room rebuilds (bath, kitchen, single bedroom) typically run 3–6 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Multi-room or whole-home rebuilds usually fall in the 3–6 month range depending on scope, finish level, and material lead times. We provide a detailed schedule before construction begins.
Do you handle commercial reconstruction?+
Yes. We rebuild restaurants, retail tenant spaces, offices, and small multi-family properties. Commercial scopes prioritize accelerated schedules and code-compliance upgrades so the property can reopen as quickly as possible.
Can I upgrade finishes during an insurance-funded rebuild?+
Absolutely. Many homeowners use the rebuild as a chance to upgrade flooring, cabinetry, or layouts. We separate insurance-covered work from owner-funded upgrades on a clean line-item estimate so there's no confusion.
Are your crews employees or subcontractors?+
Our core trades — project management, framing, drywall, paint, trim — are in-house W-2 employees. Specialty licensed trades (electrical, HVAC, certain plumbing) are vetted partners we've worked with for years on a non-bid basis.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?+
Yes. We pull every required building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permit, schedule all inspections, and close out the permit record at the end. You never need to talk to the city.
